Genmaicha is a umami Japanese tea mixed with roasted steamed brown rice.

The story of genmaicha dates back to 1900s Kyoto, where a Japanese tea farmer was struggling with the fact that poor people were unable to afford tea. As such, he decided to mix roasted brown rice with delicious Bancha green tea - and a legend was born!

Our Genmaicha - AKA Popcorn Tea - is sweet, roasted, nutty, and comes with a thick mouthfeel. You're going to love it!
