Matcha chocolate truffles are one of the most indulgent treats on earth - especially when they're dairy-free and 100% gluten!
50g Raw Cacao Powder
60g Raw Cacao Butter
Add the matcha powder to a bowl over a steaming pan, and add a small amount of water. Mix together until it is free of lumps.
Add the cacao butter to a bowl and fold in the matcha powder.
Add in the cacao powder and stir until smooth
Distribute the mixture into chocolate moulds and leave to set in the fridge.
Leave for two hours, dust with matcha powder, and then start snacking!
